Returns
Tiny Horse Studio does not accept returns. Please make sure to read all descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Missing or Stolen Packages-
A refund will NOT be provided if the returned package is lost in the mail. Please file a claim with USPS if your return package is lost.
Broken Items-
If your item happens to be damaged during shipping please contact us with photos of the damaged items so we can discuss a replacement item.
Shipping
At the moment, I only ship to the United States via USPS. Flat items will ship in a bubble mailer through the USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. Larger items will be shipped in the USPS flat-rate boxes (also tracked). Shipping costs will calculate at checkout.
If ordering for Christmas, place your order before December 14th. If your order is placed after December 14th, I cannot guarantee it will arrive before Christmas.
Materials
Do you use eco-friendly materials? Not yet, but that’s the goal. I am working through my stock of traditional bubble mailers, etc…and will replenish with more eco-friendly material as I restock/am able.
Time
I ship orders out two days a week - Monday and Friday.
Shipping
Due to the current nature of the USPS, I cannot guarantee when a parcel will arrive. Once I drop off the parcel at the Post Office, the shipping time is out of my hands.
